Requirements and Deposit
All documents must be original unless otherwise stated
- Valid passport for at least 7 months. Must have signature
- Vaccination against Meningitis Type ACYW-135 (Cholera is optional)
- Copy of marriage certificate (if accompanied by wife)
- Ladies 45 years old and over can go with Abu Mu’aaz Group with Permission Letter from Mahram. Ask if in doubt
- Ladies under 45 years old must have Mahram. Call for more information
- Copy of child birth certificate (if accompanied by children)
- Six passport size photos
- Passport size photographs must be exactly like that of US passports photographs
- They must conform to US standards and size, and taken out on a white background. Absolutely nothing must be written at the back of them, and they must not be stapled. Photos for ladies must be in hijab.
- We will complete visa application form.
- Original immigration Documentation
- Cashiers Check or M.O. payable to: Abu Mu’aaz Hajj & Umrah Tours. Personal checks (that do not bounce) accepted 60 days before departure date. Early payment is essential to allow us to plan ahead successfully.
- Initial deposit of US$3500 per person and balance 90 days OR (1st Ramadan) before departure
- All requirements must be met. If in doubt, please ask. Please do not send incomplete documents unless you are told so by Abu Mu’aaz
- Only item 10 (Payment) can be sent in advance. All other documents must be complete. Hajj or Umrah Visas cannot be processed if one document is missing. If you are having difficulty in getting certain documents, please ask Abu Mu’aaz.
